At the beginning of the Chinese New Year, everything is updating. We have gone through a spring and ushered exciting 2015 together. On behalf of the company leaders at all levels to customers, partners, struggling staff and working families, I would like to send season's greetings and sincere wishes and heartfelt thanks! Wish you: happy New Year, in good health, family happiness!

Over the past year, I feel that strategic cooperation and resources sharing will bring good results to WXR. Nowadays, society is open. A lot of resources can be shared. We should integrate the effective resources to achieve greater development. As the saying goes, “smaller cooperation brings to smaller development; greater cooperation and development will bring breakthrough and win”.

We have made outstanding achievements last year. The staff created one by one new situation with hard work closely around the goals and plans. R&D, production, sales, finance, after-sales service and logistics support were developing together. Each work have achieved good results. The full-year sales and profit target were exceeded, respectively up to 121 % and 115% , and the profit achieved double.

WXR made significant breakthrough in the field of production-study-research cooperation. In July 2014, we cooperated with academician Zheng Ping of Chinese academy of sciences to build expert academician workstation, which became industrialization base of many scientific research institutes. At the same time, we also established long-term strategic cooperation with Shanghai university of science and technology, leading the industry development on the research and development of evaporative condenser.

All these achievements have the support and trust of users, with the leaders of the care and assistance, and the staff of the dedication and struggle. It will deserve to load the company’s development history.

2015 is the rapid development year, also a starting point of the second start-up company. We established five years planning target for a long-term development at the end of last year. On the basis of innovation and development mode, the three structure optimization of industry, products and resources, technological innovation promotion, market development, the talent team construction and management innovation, we will occupy high-end technology, build high performance heat transfer technology as the core using the “production and research” huge effect to set comprehensive integration of industry groups of technical services, trade, investment and financing, project contracting, technology development and product manufacturing, and develop into a world-class comprehensive heat transfer equipment service providers.

Change time of opportunity is surging. Let us face to face with challenge, firm faith, go forward, to embrace, integrate and lead it in a more comprehensive profound transformation and upgrading of the strategy. In 2015, we work together with glory!
